Questions
What happens to my documents if I stop paying?
They stay, and so do their links. From the end of the paid period, documents published with outbound network access are served with approved hosts only, so the parts that talk to other servers stop working, and the browser feature switches go off. Share links you already made keep working and you can still remove them. Nothing is deleted and nothing needs re-publishing: subscribing again restores every document as it was.
What does "five active documents" mean on Free?
Your five most recently published documents take edits and comments from readers. Older ones are paused: they still open at their link, keep every version, edit and comment, and your agent can still pull and reply. What stops is other people editing and commenting until you make the document active again, by pushing a new version to it or choosing Make active in the dashboard. Publishing a sixth document is never refused. On Pro every document is active. The docs go through the details.
Are storage and the daily count something I will run into?
Almost certainly not. A page is typically a hundred kilobytes, so the ceilings are there to stop runaway automation, not normal use. A push that would go over is refused and returns a message saying which limit it hit and, for the per-minute ones, how long to wait.
Who bills me?
Payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk, who handle sign-in for the dashboard. We do not see or store your card. You subscribe, switch between monthly and yearly, and cancel on the Plan page. The terms cover fees in full.
Do the people I share a page with need anything?
No. Readers never pay, never need an account, and never see a plan. The plan belongs to the person who published the page.
